I took my time with this build and tweaked it around grinded all the levels slowly and painful but was enjoyable at the same time In total it took me 160 hours to complete this build

Pretty crazy there was no Tundra rift farming, that seems to be the best way to level solo. Theres a healer spin to win build with divine that let's them one cycle each wave while healing, or of course any high damage build with vamp works too on a private server to force reset it over and over. A little annoying but definitely the best consistent xp/h in the game, can clear a rift and reset in about 46s when optimized.
I didnt feel like putting that much time to farm i perfer just doing Lord frog 2x corrupted - 2.5k-3k exp (With daily is 6kexp) Queen bee 2x enraged totems - 2.5k-3k exp (With Daily is 6k exp) Stratos - 2K Also with my current build i do 320 dmg a m2 and i can heal up to 180 in total with all my abilities
Hmmm if your thinking about pure healing maybe a full set of royal cleric and another full set of royal cleric as infused with a lucky ring (Big critical healing) OR a full set of star guardian with another infused set of star guardian (Big cd reduction to your allys weapon arts) High elf or elf Angel sword (Sacred field pairs up with elf pretty nicely) or hallowblade (Dps route if build is correct and rng healing when m1)
you didnt mention hallowed handle divine edge with lucky ring and holy robes for getting a lot of regen procs, that heals way more than royal cleric (if you are in combat)

I always use astro as my armor set as a healer, and i thought it looked hella goofy yet i was starting to like it more now
