Movement prediction is the same thing as playing on predictive on PoE (as opposed to lockstep), it simulates a 0 ping environment but can cause desyncs/stutters which is what the jittery movement in league is when you have movement prediction on and wiggle back and forth rapidly. Lockstep (no movement prediction) forces your input to be sent and fully checked by the server before actually acting upon it, which is the ping delay you feel in-game.
recently yeah, but their losses were unlucky draws same can be said for G2 who's 2-1 off of two minor region draws as to TL's one so far (2 as well now), FLY were getting lucky too iirc
Fiesta games shouldn't really tell us about champ strength but Yone carrying after being gapped by Ahri is pretty silly. I will say that, overall, none of the champions feel as consistently broken as Ksante did last year. Not yet, anyway.
