Bro get it repaired or sell it to a repair person, don't let all your money go to waste. You cam also sell it on OLX but be sure to write "repaired" too

I assumed that it was a mining card and the previous owner might have washed it with water. Yes, many miners, to clean their gpus, they litterly wash them with water. The card is running rn but I have no clue how long it will work. RIP 28k 🥲

Most PC shop owners offer warranty only for the hardware of individual item and not for its performance or functionality which should be mandatory.
