It was a passive aggressive move and he used his size to basically keep pushing the other player down the court with his body and his face pressed against him and pretended as if he didn’t see him . The other guy retaliated and that doesn’t necessarily make him right either but I don’t think it’s as one sided as you’re making it seem. I think a double ejection was the right move.
Miguel should’ve been thrown out what he did was unacceptable. He continued to push and body onto to the other player walking him back. Just because his hands were up mean nothing. The ref should’ve stopped Miguel.
Obviously, you didn't see how it started. Miguel turned to run up the court on offense. The guy that punched him got in his face first and proceeded to impede his progress from the beginning. He was not at fault at all.
