  • Melbourne is full of culinary delights, especially when it comes to PHO! A popular Vietnamese noodle dish that is abundant all around Melbourne. This store is not well known but I have been coming here for years!
Location on Google Maps - 36 Buckingham Ave, Springvale VIC 3171

Ahh yes, it's been a while since I have been there. Used to go more regularly as I lived around Richmond. Great place too.

Nice video. I personally would have either beef or chicken Pho, but not both together as they each have a different task profile. The Pho broth should be clear and not cloudy. You should try the best local institutions, Pho Hien Vuong Pasteur 2 and Banh Mi Nhu Lan, in Footscray the next time you are in that part of town and tell us what you think.
PS: Remember to ask for extra fat broth for the Pho dish to restore its original glory.

Aslo, Pho Hien Vuong 2 also has one of the best Bun Bo Hue in town for you to try.

Wow thankyou 🙏 for the recommendation! Will definitely head down to that side of town to do a comparison. And yes I love extra fat so will be adding that to the order.

@@LocalEaters Footscray used to be "the" place for Viet people in VIC and OS to go for authentic Vietnamese cuisine (even better than Sydney). However, due to the mis-management of the council, a lot of the Viet restauranteurs moved to Sunshine and St Albans for better services and cheaper rates.
I've been to VN many times and the food in Australia is the best outside of Vietnam and comparable to VN if you know where to go :)

The one you should try is Pho Hung Vuong,in your back ground at the beginning of this video, the broth is much better and the meat is very fresh.Just around from this place.😊
