How can you tell how many units have sold for an individual product?

you can find it on the lower portion of price history tab of Keepa, which states # drops/month

I still don't understand how to interpret the data to work out sales... I'm looking at my products I sell on amazon. When you look on seller central it says X units sold over X days. Can you recommend any videos on this issue?
