I wonder if this lens will be sold as part of future camera+lens kits. Right now, the 20-60 kit lens is so cheap (when purchased as a kit) that I'd have a hard time recommending the 28-200 zoom over the 70-300. The latter is larger, sure, but still compact enough to hand-hold (with dual IS). The main selling point for the 28-200 seems to be that it more or less matches the standard profile (size/weight) for Lumix S primes (the 100mm macro + the various f/1.8 primes). And that is sort of nifty . . . but I'd still much rather have the 20-60 (kit) & 70-300 than the 28-200 (granted, I shoot more stils than video)
Hello, just a few advices, stabilise your shaky footage, learn to place your subject, learn to do good color grading, stop using autofocus, i work for a big agency and they would reject this kind of work. Cheers
the sony rx10iv has better image quality than full frame cameras with approx 24-200mm zoom lens attached. has this lens managed to break that barrier and actually bring increased image quality?

a full frame sensor is better than a smaller sensor. so no rx10iv is not better than any modern full frame with 24-200.
