Wheel flats CrossCountry 220 Voyager speeds through Tamworth 27.8.10

A single clip from my fantastic visit to Tamworth back in 2010, filmed almost 10 years ago! This clip features a fast CrossCountry class 220 Voyager speeding through platform 3 heading to Newcastle. I could hear the wheel flats from quite a distance away from the station, that must be uncomfortable for the passengers I should think!

Sorry, couldn't resist this bit from the funny InterCity 125 ad in the 80s, otherwise nice capture Miranda! I notice is because of the noise. It sounds uncomfortable to hear. 😂😂😭
