If Hasbro were of allowed to continue making more MLP Equestria Girls movies to continue the series. It would of been perfect if they used this song for a last equestria girls movie to be used for the ending credits. I'm sure it would of made more fans emotional, and happy out of tears to hear this. It describes the long journey of being in the MLP fandom in a way. I'm sad that they don't make anymore Equestria Girls (the last ones they made were Sunset's Backstage Pass & Season 2 of the youtube equestria girls show series). But they didn't know that those were gonna be the last MLP EG stuff that they were gonna make, since they were only informed about it out of the blue in the end (as i read on a post on Equestria Daily about it). It sucks because it had so much more potential, because most of the fans love equestria girls and it is a shame since the people working on it said that they had plans for a season 3 of the mlp eg youtube show series, but now they won't ever be able to. So now i just write my own mlp eg fanfiction, in my own ideas on how i think it would be if there were more movies.

there *_is_* a version where instead of “My Little Pony girls” they just say “My Little Pony” that was the closest thing i could find. also, the title of the song is My Little Pony friends, so that might be where you got it from.

Sooooo the title was switched to 'Equestria Girls' and this song was yanked.

Twilight's singing voice is by Rebeca Soicett (I probably spelled that wrong) but she also plays Sunset, so that's probably why.
