That squat/goodmorning movement was very interesting. Never seen that before. Is it more of a standing hip thrust to train the hip flexors and extensors. Just a side note the loud 80's metal music in the background is a little much. I had to turn the sound off through most of the video. I think most people would rather hear the banging and clanging of the plates. But great video any way, look forward to watching both of you compete.
Sam, you and Mel Peacock were some of the leanest women competing at Rogue. is keeping your body weight low an advantage or disadvantage for you? So many of the other competitors are so much bigger and heavier. Aesthetically, I prefer the more athletic look. You look healthier without the extra weight. I noticed that even among the men, there seems to be a trend away from the big heavy bodies to a more athletic physique.
Nice to see Good Mornings explained with out over elaboration!
Love the training videos.....
Curious what the machine was you were using. Looked like some type of glute ham raise. Was it counter balanced with weights. Thanks for the video.
Killing those legs! Well done 🏋️♀️💪🦵

I think both of them like to compete in both the opens and weight class competitions, hence not going all in on the calories😅.
