- I never thought I'd say this but...I want a @StrandbergguitarsOfficial now... And I think Tia from @WorkingClassMusic does, too. These guitars are wildly ergonomic and extremely comfortable. And, of course, they sound great.

First time someone has made these guitars interesting to me.
Also, now I want a regular Tia and Emily show.
That's a huge compliment! I'd love a regular Tia and Emily show, but I'm glad we're blessed with a regular Tia and Jason show at Working Class Music
As a woman musician great to see two talented & unpretentious women sharing their honest take on an instrument I am looking at buying (second hand - not rich !) Best wishes
Thank you!
That is such a nice, lovely jam there at the end of the video! Y'all need to start a band
Tia can make anyone sound good
Tia is glowing extra in this video. Not used to seeing her with the white balance settings on such a HD camera. New haircut? I love her gauges.
She's not wearing a hat!
!!! I got a Strandberg one week ago and I’m already ready to be like, “everyone, we should all be playing these!” How fun to see you and Tia enjoying them here.
They were SHOCKINGLY awesome. I mean, I expected them to be super high quality but I really didn't think I'd actually LIKE the thing!!!
The neck on my Salen Strandy, helped me rehabilitate my Left hand, The back of the neck was easy to get used to, The Slanted frets give a different look, the 20 degree really flat fingerboard is a bit trickier. It did get me being able to use my regular instruments again. Some Chording is better on one or the other, Lead single note playing is negligeble difference. Thank you for calling the Slanted/angle frets that nomenclature, They are not Fanned Frets, Fanned are 2 scales combined. Now I know Strandberg has the corrected squiggly frets for more correct intonation, and they might actually have an Actual Fanned fret too. The Salen has Suhr pickups in it, which are really nice. Oh because of the Ergonomics you can play one for more Extended hours, then any Guitar I ever played.
While not headless, watching you guys play these makes me want to try Abasi guitars
Wow, Emily! Didn't know you had those chops! Great playing.
Tia was playing in D I think. Not A, so you got thrown off in the jam, but I was talking about the country licks.
Yeah that green does look great.
Fair summary of the guitars tbh.
Thanks for watching!
I always thought only Bowie in his Tin Machine phase could make a headless (Steinberger) guitar look cool, but to be fair, it was Bowie. The T-style one is a beaut, though.
Lighting managed to be ok editing in post, we all did the best we could haha! this was fun in this room as well as those guitars The design always intrigued me. They sounded great here too once in the sound examples ❤
I mean to say the lighting is ok is pretty generous.
Literally eyeing one of these to trade my Jazzmaster but I’m so confused lol
I don't know if I'd trade my Jazzmasters but I want one now! Not sure I could pull off the look
Hi Tia!
Hello!
I'm headless curious, how are string changes?
On these, it's a whole process: strandbergguitars.com/how-to-re-string-your-strandberg-guitar/
On my Traveler guitar, it's just backward, so you load the strings at the nut and wind the tuning pegs which are recessed into the back of the body like normal.
It's easier than a Floyd, but still not as easy as a tele. The strings don't lock at the bridge, even on the trem models, so that makes it a bit easier.
@@GetOffset cheers, that looks a right faff!

Noooooooooo!!!! Once you go there you can never come back. It's a trap.
Are all other guitars ruined for me?
a very comfortable, lightweight, and ergonomic trap
Playing complex scales with slanted frets and no looking, that sounds very prog-ish to me
lol totally
The frets don't really feel any different on Strandbergs as the fan isn't very big. Some other slant multiscale guitars I've played that's not the case. The neck shape takes more time to adapt to imo.
