- I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with the guitarist from the legendary Misfits- Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein and the singer of Doyle's band Alex "Wolfman" Story. We talk about their 75 date tour, pop music, the amazing Paul Stanley, grave robbing, and getting bit by spiders.

This is probably the best Doyle interview I've seen. He can be a tough guy to get to loosen up. Great job.
I think he’s softer around kids maybe.
I love how Doyle doesn't care much about meeting other musicians/celebs, but they all geek out when meeting him.

Damn Alex was hella mad when he went off with his pop rant, enjoyed every second of it. That was sick, the interviewer hit it off with both of them. What a nice guy!

B. Not being talked to by the interviewer
And I felt bad. :O

The best part is when the kid asks about pop music and finishes his question looking towards Doyle and Doyle already knows Alex is going to have the best answer and opinion just with the point of the finger and head nod over to Alex like “listen to him, kid, this is the punk rock answer you’re looking for”..I love how Doyle let Alex take that one like they’ve already had this discussion just the two of them and Doyle likes and agrees with Alex’s opinion.

I don't know why, but I like Alex. He's a little off kilter, but he's real as fuck. And he's totally right about pop music.

Alex you and Peter Brauchle have the same mindframe when it comes to shows and genres, i wish peter hadnt pidgeonholed himself to Stonegate laden sounds all the way up through 2013 i was playin rhythm for him to make his guitars more powerful over all that techno til 13', now im freelance and do whatever wherever but its good to see you still well and kickin ass. you make the hometown proud man.

@Captain Kirk Nah, there's almost no similarities between Mustaine/Megadeth and Dime/Pantera. And if they "ripped off" Exhorder they did it a million times better, hence why they are one of the top 5 biggest metal bands of all time and Exhorder never made it out of Texas. That claim is tired and generic anyway, a cop out to discredit Pantera. Exhorder/Mustaine didn't write those riffs, didn't do those vocals, perform their shows, etc. Try again Captain Clown shoes.

Doyle, Paul Stanley can play his guitar like that probably because it doesnt weigh 200lbs like yours does. I'm just guessing of course, but it may have something to do with it. Lol. Anyone know how much Doyle's Annihilator really weighs? Not the reproductions by Oktober Guitars .....the actual one he made himself.

@@ttmwag3531 in the mid to late 90s we played with them during hellfest in syracuse ny. Long time ago. We played at a bar called lost horizon, its still open today. It was us, fateful day then it was god below they actually got a new singer and formed brand new sin, then hatebreed and last but not least misfits. Def was a great time and a badass show. Def miss the old days of rock and hardcore metal..
I think you did a better job then alot of these guys giving interviews that think they know what to do but stumble their words talking to doyle and wolfman! U kept their attention and they seemed interested in the interview you gave them!! Great job man!

Ah yes, Mersa and/or Etaff Infection. Often mistaken for a "spider bite" to the point hospital staff refer to it as the Spider Bite infection lol. Spider bites are actually very rare.
