Very nice! I totally can see the martial applications even with just barely seeing the bear form. A friend recommended bear form to me since I'm a big guy but I have a karate/ Kung fu background in my early 20s.

Nice I like teaching style . Bagua was an ultimate Martial Nothing flows like Bagua. None of my external except for my Sifu believe in the internal
