I know quite a few CPA’s and Lawyers, and my network is quite big, with that being said, I have yet to find ANY that are willing to do contingency fees / success fees …. Do you have CPA’s and Lawyers that you could recommend?

Hi Carl, Would you maybe recommend teeing up lenders along with a CPA and Law Firm prior to working on deals with the latter two being contingent based on success?
