This house got everything you want AND need! I love this house! It's simple, it's elegant, it looks refreshing, it has Dyson appliances and the OLED TV, man! it seems yung window ng powder room nakatapat sa daily kitchen. I mean, pag may gumagamit, sakto amoy na amoy nang naghuhugas sa daily kitchen PERO napaka ganda din ng bahay. Very functional yung layout. 👏👏👏

Seen this property featured in almost all of the known realtors pero mukhang hirap silang ibenta. To be honest, everything is great but if it was me I won't buy it because of lack of storage especially in the rooms, it's either it doesn't have cabinets or there's an ugly out-of-place white cabinet, even in the master's bedroom.

Really love the house tours but the build quality and room layout of these 'modern' houses is absolutely horrible. The house is furnished but you can even hear the echo through the microphones. That's all fine if the price is very low, but I expect that is not the case.
