● so usually I'm very picky about my videos but with this I am truly happy. I had a bit of a rough time chosing the right couple for this incredibly beautiful song but once I saw these two with the song in the background it just felt right. to me it has a very bittersweet, nostalgic, longing feeling to it (I love those kinds of songs!!)
I spent two days on this and tried to make every detail look perfect.

I always felt Jack was a better fit for Elizabeth especially because she was a free spirit that had been tamed to society's expectations. There was always something undeniably electric about them from the moment on the dock. Great video and I loved how you overlapped their voices at the end.

On the other hand, Jack Sparrow is the passionate and complicated choice. With him there is passion, recklessness, thrill and danger. With Jack you never know what's gonna happen next. I prefer Sparrabeth because their relationship looks more real and grown up to me, because like Sparrabeth there are relationships like this and in real life, while Willabeth's relationship doesn't exist in real life, theirs it's like a fairytale. Life isn't a fairytale. Life is messier than that.

I wonder if Elizabeth found the compass again in present movie time, would it still point at Jack? I think it would c: I think she loved both Will and Jack. And while she did choose Will (and loves him), she still loves Jack as well, but to her he's like the sunset or the oceans.
