You could also get weapons to drop from the said enemy by farming them with monkeyface. That means you could get the snakey mace by farming snakeys at the marsh or medusa’s lair.
Snakey mace and snoot is most recommended for insane mode,because it gives extra damage, magic damage and criticals

It's funny how he said only one enemy drops a weapon and the rest of them don't every enemy except the bosses (madusa wouldn't count because she drops a weapon) and thats about it
The Rubber Handled Sword's digspot can be reached on the edge. You don't need to be in the way of the arrows

For the Rubber Handle sword, you do NOT need 2 players. Slightly go down just enough so you barely don't hit the arrows, then start digging. That's how I got it, and it's easy. Just use your shield, go down and as soon as your shield stops getting hit by the arrows, stop moving, put the shield down then start digging.
Edit: Disclaimer, I just completed the game today, and I saw that dig spot. Years of having Gold Skulls and level 99 on all characters on the original, I got the Remastered version about 6 months ago, I've been grinding on every character and while I was walking around I _just_ noticed that dig spot. The Thieve was shooting arrows but I tried to see if I could dig fast enough. One of the arrows knocked me weirdly where I could dig it and I wasn't getting hit by the arrows. Never actually tried what I said in how to do it, but I'm sure it works.
that's a very useful tip for those who are playing the game alone like me

Does the Brute enemy in the Industrial Castle drop the Dual Pronged sword? I've tried repeating the level in hopes of getting it but no luck.

Well if you want to know 4 years from now the brute does in fact drop the dual pronged sword but because there's only one brute in the entire game (not counting the necromancer fight) you can imagine how rare the drop would be

You can get the emerald sword too, but to get it the other way you gotta buy battleblock theater, it's a game with the same castle crasher style but different, not knights or anything. check it out on youtube. if you buy battleblock theater, you get a character and the sword.

You dont need the cardinal to get the pointy sword you can go inside the control room of the machine and go left and down and you'll pickup the sword
for most of the weapons that you need to unlock by getting the character, I grabbed the monkey pet and killed that enemy until i got its weapon. I even did it for the dual pronged sword. That's right, I farmed industrial castle for only one brute and had like a 5% chance of dropping his weapon. it took like 45 attempts
no way man I’ve been trying to get the damn beekeepers to drop the bat but they won’t budge I can’t even imagine the brute 😭 also the ninjas sai

keep in mind weapons like the wooden club which is the bears weapon you don’t need to unlock the bear you can farm the enemy until they drop it this works for all enimes

Idk what you're talking about with the dig spots not being visible, I spot those things all the time. Pazzo's not really that good for hunting for those things, he finds them, but you can find them on your own. Though I can see why you'd bring him, he's adorable.
Of course, there are the dig spots that have no x and pazzo is necessary for.
This game and the original non remastered version annoy me a bit how the weapons have very different stats but I'm glad it doesn't have any of the +0 in the new one
You don’t actually have to unlock the iceskomo to get the ice spear. Sometimes the iceskimos just drop it

That is so weird. Try doing circle while spamming X behind the pillar that might work. This guide is for castle crashers remastered no the original.

I was actually able to cheat the game a little. If you inch very slowly towards the dig spot at the end game to get the rubber handled sword and dig at the area just next to the dig spot then you can still get it. Not exactly the easiest way but it saves time trying to find a friend to play with so you can get it. And you skipped one between the curvy sword and the rapier

DICDAC DOE invite a friend over or something like that. or use the fish hook strategy. you do it by jumping above your enemy and spamming light attack while moving forward
the only issue i have is you don't say what level you find the leaf in, other than that you helped me soooo much
