Thanks for the video! Was very helpful....in 3 weeks I'll be doing this VERY same trip.... LHR-DFW....in Premium Economy....so, it was nice to know what to expect.
We flew AA Premium Economy in September 2022. PHI to CDG was great. The staff took great care of us. It was bit difficult being that close to Business, as our last trans Atlantic flight in December 2021 was in BC. You can’t beat the service level in BC. Our return trip was DUB to DFW and the crew was not aware of the level of service and amenities offered in Premium Economy. I felt like a spoiled child asking for the included items. This August we are headed to Switzerland via Frankfurt. CLT to FRA in BC and FRA to DFW in PE. This was a good value, $3,000 for a single ticket and pints for the other. I am looking for some printed proof of what is included in PE, just in case. Nice video.
We were on this flight in December 2021 in Business. I’m very curious how close your experience is in PE. We are headed back over in a few weeks in PE on 787s. PHL-CDG and DUB-DFW.
Hi thank you for this informative video! Question: is the wall of the plane close enough to put a pillow against? I like to sleep with my head against the fuselage but sometimes the wall is too far away to do that.... thanks
Very nice video! Thanks for providing the details. Very informative! Did you feel that there was enough space between you and the person next to you, if there was someone sitting next to you. I haven’t tried AA’s Premium Economy on an international flight yet but would like to. I don’t want to rub shoulders with the person next to me that I don’t know. Was there enough individual space so you don’t come in contact with your neighbor? Thanks again for the great video! Look forward to your next video!
Hello Rob! Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it! With regards to the seats and its space - on this particular flight I had nobody sitting next to me, which obviously made it feel more spacious, however on my return flight from Charlotte to London - I flew the same cabin but with a passenger seated next to me. The flight was still ok, and space was doable. So I do think it’s decent! That review will be up quite soon, so stay tuned. Cheers buddy!
We are doing a connecting flight from Heathrow- Dallas- orlando and return with American Airlines in August. I'm now very worried after reading some shocking reviews on the Internet. Can you tell me do you have to do tests to fly within the USA. We no longer need to test to fly back into UK. But do you know of we do from orlando to Dallas ? Thanks
Thanks for watching! You will need to get a COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) no more than 1 day before you travel by air into the United States. Besides that some health declaration forms had to be filled in. And then you’re all set to go! (Keep in mind that these measures can change any day). Have a great trip.
Thanks for flying to Copenhagen starting next year from PHI. I’m taking premium economy in August back home to AZ.
Great vlog! I was a AA crew member back in the early 2000's...thanks for taking us along on the ride 🇺🇸
Thanks Tony, appreciate it!

I intend to fly AA a lot more now I'm in the BA Executive club. AA has been on my list for years.

You’re on the 777-223ER, they have Rolls Royce Trent 800 engines. The 777-323ER use the GE 90-115B engines.
Corrected that in the description box!
Thanks mate.
Fying the 777 in September PHX to London, connecting with BA London to Berlin! 😁

How much more was premium economy? When we looked for the two of us to Frankfurt, the increase was enough for another trip.
if you book early like 4-5 months ahead, it only cost you $100-$200 more.
Great report and wow handsome man !
Thanks for watching Andy!
I’ll be flying the AA transcon in December JFK-SFO :)
Thanks for watching and enjoy your journey!
Nice video
Thank you Rahim!
DFW is my home ❤️
You have to try air Canada next time
If your final destination was Florida, you could have flown directly to Miami.
flight to los Angeles that will get me there at 11: 28 am too late all other flights even later in day what is going on A A
Do your research. The AA Boeing 777-223 ER aircraft have Rolls Royce Trent 892 engines. Only the 777-223 ER's have GE 90 engines.
That has been disclaimed & corrected a while back in the description box. Also corrected many times in the comment section.
Thanks for watching!
American airlines 777E have Trent 800 engines not GE90
I gave a thumbs down because you're on a 777 and you completely skipped over the engine spool up.
