I am so glad you guys covered this! I have suddenly had 3 clients involved in these types of loans. One of them did it through a new build. And the other 2 came to me with not programs already in place needing to sell their homes. I've just started learning about this myself in fact I talked to Pat about it the other day I think it's a great opportunity for some buyers/sellers. What's nice as you can still use your favorite lender and go through the noc program. In fact I suggest it because they can weigh all the options for you.
Interesting. Key thing for me would be the offer to buy the house if it doesn't sell. If that was acceptable this would be a very attractive proposition.

You get the offer up front. Then you post it for sale. If you do not get a buyer then Knock buys it.
