Hi, we are Stephen, Jess, Hunter and baby Koa, a traveling family who spent 2020 self-converting a van before moving in full-time to drive around our home country of Australia. We have now resumed full time travel as a family of 4.
That interaction with the hotel gentleman and little lady is precious!!! 🌻
Stephen and Jess ... Your Oman Videos hit some kind of transcendent quality. I don't know if it's because Hunter found some crazy next level of courage and initiative and became so clearly an agent in her own adventure. Or if it's the magic of the place combined with your family. But I could FEEL THE MAGIC in these videos. Something transcendent about Life responding to your family as you explore the world and get to experience its magic together. Hunter has hundreds of core memories and capacities at an age when most people struggle to even recall one memory. Your love for each other and life is beautiful.
You are right the hit differently
My favourite was hearing Hunter loud assertive "don’t do that" when the guy started making the bridge move, making her feel uncomfortable. Hunters confidence is admirable. You guys are doing an amazing job as parents.
Love watching Hunter getting along in every weather, condition and such a gentle lady with everyone! I'm an Arab and our weather specially in the desert is challenging but so fun ❤
Wow! Mind blowing 500+ yr old village!! I am so happy to hear that a few locals put this little village back on the map!!!! It is now a legacy of the way those people lived years ago. It is also mind blowing on the parts of the desert with greenery. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful trip! Peace on Earth to everyone!!

Amazing about the 500 year old village in Oman and it is so interesting to know that with the help of a few locals it has been restores and I am glad they are keeping it small and not make it too big for the experience. I had to laugh about the luggage being zip lined across to the rooms. Hunter is in her element. Thanks Jess and Stephen for taking us along your wonderful, exciting adventures.

How awesome to see Suwgra Guesthouse in your video. I stayed there during my Oman trip in 2022 and it was such a special experience. I saw that they have finished building the steps for the way over, but really, the little treck through the ravine is part of what makes it so special.

Where the history is so ancient, even the rocks might be sharing tales of the good ol' days! I could only wish that once in a while my travel dart would hit places like this to experience surreal and cool experience like this! The last time I had such surreal experience was when we film one of our TV show episode in Tuscany's 1800s villa!

So amazing. What a beautiful place! If you want to slide down a dune you need to do it on a large square of cardboard. I could feel the magic of the place. Loved how Hunter responded to grown ups asking her "silly" question. Do you want to go down the zip line or would you like to drive the car. Her answers were just so upfront and real.

@@flyingthenest I went to muscat, niwah fort, went 4wheeling in the desert over sand dunes really fun, went to another town can remember name it was about 13yrs ago when I went. Wonderful place. I would like to go back and do a couple things you did(stay at 500yr old town and swim in arabian sea.) It's on my bucket list lol

I think the two of you should publish a book on travel and all the places, contacts and accommodations you stay at with your lovely pictures. I would buy it in a second. I know it's a lot of work, but well worth the price. you would need to charge. Especially the off the beaten path and more unusual places.
