Earlier my Samsung m31 was reading otg but from last week its not detecting otg! I have tried that otg cable in other phones, and it worked well. But suddenly what happened to my phone? I thought my port was damaged but when I inserted in pc it worked fine!

@@biga2651 Every OS contains driver files/software to support/run external hardwares like mouse, keyboard, pendrive etc. If OS don't have those drivers then attached device will not support or recognise property.

As per my experience All Samsung phones have some otg issues Lot of Chinese otgs are not compatible with Samsung phones. I suggest you to go to a good shop and try different otgs, one of them definitely work.

Yes, now i notice people are commenting about the issue founds in other Samsung smartphone also. I suggest you to buy new OTG which is compatible with A20, from local market. Make sure you check otg by connecting with your smartphone at the Shop itself. Take your smartphone and Pendrive both with you while you go for purchase.
Same promlem for me too.... Samsung m31s will only support FAT32 file system, it wont support NTFS so cant use otg... change to fat32 and connect it will work
