Some Trains on the Portland Subdivision September 2024

I thought I'd still be doing this like I did earlier this year, but with trains coming at all the wrong times for me to catch them, I don't see a point in going trackside locally anymore. You might see the occasional M426 from me here and there, but my patience for this railfanning hobby has been depleted (and I have other responsibilities).
Regardless of all that, I did manage to see a couple of CSX and Amtrak Downeaster Trains. The first trip I took in September was to Salmon Falls on the New Hampshire and Maine State Line. There, I saw Amtrak 681 and CSX M426 crossing the bridge. One day after a church cookout, I stopped by the tracks for 685. Apparently there was a double welded rail train on M426 that day, but fellowship is more important than trains. I tried railfanning for an evening again hopping from Dover to Exeter, but the only thing I caught was M426, which wasn't bad, but with service disruptions on the Downeaster, there wasn't anything else to see, and I think L065 (NHN Gravel Train) stopped running on Thursday evenings, so now they only make three round trips per week instead of four.
There is a good chance that there won't be an October video about the Portland Sub, or any trains around me for that matter. I've still got a couple of trips left this year, so there'll still be a few more videos.
