Calling in car. Are you sure this is UVO or standard bluetooth/cable connection?
Uvo is a paid service.

You cannot use UVO to call from your phone list if you have the higher range Sportage 2014, all you get is command not recognised, KIA UK said that if you have sat nav then your car does not support UVO voice call requests...WTF!
HI...I some how changed the language from English to SPANISH. Now the radio speaks to me in spanish...How do I change this back...? Wife comes home in 24 hours...I am dead meat. Can someone please help me.
It is the first screen that pops up when you start the car....the one we ignore every time we drive..

On touch screen, press the Auto word on the zooming scale and it should cycle to off/on
I use my USB and it says....use the USB that came with ur phone...smh I use that one..

most of these features should be done by phone bluetooth and car radio... "hey google".... Why EVO ? I like to view on screen map directions, there again should be bluetooth. This over priced radio looks a bit like a money pit. Worry a bit more about the quality and your customers benefit. There is a reason why there is a time limit on EVO.
my kia 2013 optima ex gdi stereo and the screen do not work, damn shame!!! i was told it needs to be replaced and looking at 6000 to replace..... of course my warranty was expired when this issue started. never will purchase another kia. this was my first and will be my last.

Just bought a soul tubo 2019 with , I was told , every option. It doesnt even have emergency braking.
I almost had a horrible accident.
The dealer will not make it right or exchange my car only had for a week. I feel very ripped off. Avoid these cars at all costs. They LIE. Then they deny. They are gonna love it when the evening news is covering the burning Kia in front of their stealership!
So you weren't paying full attention to the road (which is stupid) and you didn't read a contract that made you liable for tens of thousands of dollars which would literally list all of the features you were getting (even more stupid)? I only trust a car salesmen as far as i can kick them. Hope you learned a valuable lesson from this. Don't get angry at this comment get angry at yourself and never let it happen again.
Emergency braking? Only disabled people need this. Are you?
