Wow, even for such a nice house, they still put a column to support the ceiling in the living room/kitchen? Does it really cost that much to put in a steel beem to eliminate it?
Cheap looking cabinets and lighting fixtures. I feel sorry for the person who is going to shell out 1.5million for a house that is probably worth 1million or less.
So much concrete! And why build houses like this with NO landscaping? That always baffles me. This home’s HVAC is going to have work so much harder. Besides creating a beautiful curb appeal trees lower air temperatures and humidity; they can also influence wind speed. Evaporation of water from trees also has a cooling effect. Cities develop “heat islands” because dark roofs and pavement absorb solar energy and radiate it back. Builders need to think about constructing slightly smaller homes and create a line item for landscaping in their budget.
That’s a lot of ugly concrete out front with not much landscaping. Looks like a giant parking lot. The money spent in that house & they concreted the whole front. It’s a no for me.
Gorgeousness all about the outside of the made of house into the inside of the house is gorgeousness in each room shown about the house that really 👀 looks moreso like a mansion for a rich and or famous person or maybe for persons that love as in care to play as in do the king, queen, god or goddess role for persons in that city and or state to have justice as in fairness and or maybe or persons that do to assist persons to have or get housing, food and or other helpful and or beautiful to live in real care, peace and or happiness.👍I'm not 👀 looking to buy; I'm just looking 👀, and often care as in love to make movement, sound, comment or comments about my seeing 👀. 😘
The landscaping is horrendous. The huge concrete slab out front looks awful. Not one tree or flower in sight! For that price, I would want some curb appeal. I guess it's a pretty house but not worth what they are asking.
this house is 1000% NOT worth more than 550k. i build homes all over the ATL area i know what it cost to build these you can purchase the exact same house in west atl for 4-500k easy smh
This is my dream home , I couldn’t imagine a more perfect home.
Omg I’m in love with this house love everything about it I said I wouldn’t never want a pool but this video change everything
Lord, this is the home I've wanted. You said ask . I am asking.
You aren’t asking right. Ask for the skills, opportunities or resources that could get you the money you need to afford this home.
I have found my perfect home ❤️❤️❤️
Don’t let this tour detract you that the housing market is over priced
The only thing missing is a basement! It’s a lovely property though.
I love the size of this home ..I’m from up north so we have row homes
This going to be my house real soon love it
Amazing property!
Very lovely, well built property!!! They thought of everything 😊🤎🤎🤎🤎
It's beautiful 🥰🥰
Love this one God😊
Love this house from inside and out. Could you provide any info on the handrail set up?
Exactly my style. Very well done 👍
Why are the neighbors so close and all that pavement in the front yard.
My wife and I are willing to move from Alpharetta to Buford for this house or one equivalent. Definitely wish it had a basement tho
Beautiful

Nice but way overpriced and neighbors are too close. Not somewhere I would want to be when WWIII goes into full swing.
Lord, I need a financial break through, like right now.!!🤣
House on left is nicer
Need some privacy
ample parking?
Consider 1.5 for 2 car garage
Address…I wana come see the property

Trees become problematic the older they get. Nobody wants to be bothered with them so that’s why you don’t see trees in new neighborhoods.
The complete lack of landscaping is so bizarre to me. Makes it look surreal. Not even one shrub.
Not worth 1.5+ mil 😂

For such an expensive home it sure has mediocre windows.
Being from GA... there is nothing special about this home except it's square footage... it's just big.. no style at all.

This house definitely doesn't need that many bathrooms. What a waste of space.

No basment is a huge turn off

Nice if you had ten children, otherwise, this one is to large. It feels more like a commercial property.
