With the gated entry and fenced front it only makes sense to fence the property in. Now you can add a pool in that spacious backyard!! All the potential is there and ready🙌🏽
I don't see this house ever selling with neighbors that close. (On both sides) . The blue house is so close I thought it was a second building on the property. And it obvious they aren't living large as who ever would actually by the million dollar home.
So much potential for the lower level and that yard! An additional 400 k should do it!
