hi Tom, i am one of ur biggest fans, purchased the library without even hearing any demos, but ill be honest with u i am quite disappointed with the player and how it continues to freeze and crash Logic x, although the sound is great but i cant quite seem to use it at all, so i hope u push these quys at orchestral tools to do something about it , cause for know it feels like i just i just blew 500 euros into the air.. thank u for all videos and the information u continue to share with us
Hi Tom. Thanks for this. I am loving this library. I see you already have expression maps set up for it. I did the same, and I followed your tutorial on this, specifically sending CC7 data and the midi channel info per articulation. One thing I noticed is that when I do this, I am not able to change the volume of the midi channel later in the channel inspector in Cubase. I only can do it if I send another CC7 in expression maps or (obviously) the return volume (I use vepro too). Is there a way around that?
Thanks again that you have made this library and for all that want make music for movies and/or games it's a must have (and you can use it in combinations), the sound is great and people that don't understand to much about how music (wave forms...) works can better use this library and get this nice sound as to polish/clean low/not good brass sounds. You listen the difference better with high quality sound speakers/headphones (but listen music with low quality devices is never wrong/ & important).
