  • In this video I show how macarons are baked.
    The macarons consist of just a few ingredients:
    egg whites, sugar and almonds.
    The French meringue impresses everyone with its fine, small style.
    With this uncomplicated recipe, many time-consuming tips are no longer necessary.
    With the right technique, wonderful macarons can be made that aren't too sweet.
    I explain how a firm meringue is made, how to correctly fold in the almond and icing sugar mixture, how to spread the macarons, bake them and finally fill them.

    Ingredients:
    100 g ground & blanched almonds
    100 g powdered sugar
    80 g egg white (keep the egg white covered in the fridge a day before)
    80 grams of sugar
    1 pinch of salt
    For the ganache:
    200 ml cream
    200 g couverture chocolate
    Leave to rest on the sheet for 30 minutes
    145 degrees bottom and top heat without fan max 13-14 minutes is baked
