And it usually takes place in Dem. run states. I should know, since I live in NY and see it happen over and over again. And, no, I don't belong to any party. Yet I do watch the news to see what is going on in our area and around the country. It is things like this. Crimes that could have been prevented, yet were essentially allowed to happen because the laws are too lenient, favoring those who commit crimes over the victims that are created by the criminal's actions and behavior. Which frankly speaking I can relate to whenever I read a story or watch the news where someone was injured or unalived and it could have most likely been prevented had the person not been let back out into society to reoffend because of messed up laws. There was a story I read, where a parole board released a guy who had been locked up because he repeatedly abused a woman in his life. She had a restraining order against him. After he was let out early by the parole board, he went and attacked the woman again, who was pregnant at the time, and he unalived her young son who tried to come to his mom's defense. I believe he was just 11 yrs old.
