Big Blue strikes again, disappointing everyone! But what a preparatory artillery strike, so many hits (even though it seems you forgot the british special rule to roll two dice and choosing)! Finns must feel like home where the soviets just blast away like it is going out of style. Luckily the tank didn't just blow up at the get-go, that would have been hearth wrenching. Getting already sweaty, because it has been over +25C this whole week. I have hard time to wrap my brain around that you are using ski-troopers as an officer and a sniper team. It just feels so... wrong! Where's the modesty? Where's the tradition? It is like eating ice cream in a sauna (although ice lolly is a great snack when in sauna...)! But nevertheless, that sniper really did a fine job taking dice off from the brits. And the flamethrower too, taking out those brits! Almost fell from my chair when the british artillery strike hit their own ranks! And those 6's! Oopsie-daisy! Epic! I would have gone for the PIAT instead of the veterans, since the veterans were at 4 pins and the PIAT is much softer target. Good game! Really close call, if only 3-point difference. Now, I'm off to the sauna to sweat all this heat out of me. It is quite refreshing when its hot, to go even hotter place (around +80C).
Hey Timo good to hear from you as always! You guys have overtaken us we are just getting some warm days now, I guess that makes sense, with the Finnish desert and all 😂. Ah man I forget the brits artillery bonus dice all the time, I'm not sure they even need it, but in this battle it would have really been unwelcome 😅 Haha yeah the skitroops are having to stand in until I build more infantry, you've had a field promotion to lead the platoon though, so congratulations! Hehe I do love the KKs, they're my favourite Finnish unit, but I'm afraid they don't do enough on the top level competitive matches, players counter them too effectively. They're in every list apart from my GT list though! Epic is certainly the word my friend, that's why I love bolt action, also why the Finns are my favourite army, you never know what will happen, what crazy twist will come, and the mighty Finns are the best for capitalising on the chaos 💪🤟 Oh and finally big blue....oh why do I put up with abuse, that dice needs a long stretch in exile now.
@@scholaprogenium7276 Yeah, that 2-week heatwave did a number on me (thermometer topped at +28 in the shadow). I was practically incapacitated. But now it is much more normal summer weather and I can do something. Having been getting stuff done, like a cute and fluffy painting of a bunny crowning a Bambi with a flower wreath and a crystal ball at the beach. Also one secret project is coming along, just need to do a bunch of editing to get it representable. And of course, start to watch those videos you and Bo battling it out!
