  • The two handed tie is arguably harder to learn, and not as fast as the one-handed tie. It does have some advantages, which makes it worth learning, especially since you might get asked to perform it in the OR. I was taught this technique for two-handed tying by a pediatric surgeon, and I never forgot since. Let me know if this was helpful!

      You can do a surgeon's knot, or a slip knot. I agree that it's not so easy to get it consistent, I'll have to make a video about it!

    Ok. This looks easier than the surgeon's knot where you have to flip the string on your middle finger. That always confuses me
