Hai mam ,
My son is 5 yr old and he learnt all phonics sounds by his 4 yrs and is able to read also . Only now he has joined his school . Then i noticed a new problem that he is facing . He is able to read all words using phoncs and some words like sightwords he laernt. But if the teacher ask the spelling he is only able to say the sounds not tha name of the letter . But he is able to say the name of the letter individually. If asked a words spelling he is gettinh stuck . So i taught him to say tha names of letter . Now he is mixing the sound and the letter as nd getting confused . Give me solution mam .

Hi mam, ask him to spell with sounds mam. Or they will get confused. If possible please talk with their teacher .
