I think it would be cool to see how much business you can get renting out a small skid steer (bobcat S70). Rent it to people you deliver rock to or move the rock for them and charge for it. The S70 is good for tight spaces but other machines could be used as well. OR just to test the market, advertise spreading the gravel and just rent a machine when you sell a job.
I've been thinking a bit about this lately! A lot of people have been asking for install as well, I think a mini skid would be perfect for this. Good idea on testing the market as well and starting with a rental.
Could plow snow with it in the winter too. I think you'd wanna step up to an S130 size machine to do that though. Small enough for tight spaces but big enough to move some snow.
I wonder if composting the trees is profitable numbers wise. What organic materials are abundant in your area? In Massachusetts it is dead trees on a ground, very useful for compost. It is illegal to send logs and stumps to land fills, illegal to burn. The woodstoves are overregulated and nearly do not exist. The chipping possibly requires a mad license if offered as a service, requires traffic assist etc. So the dead wood is everywhere and is unsightly. With trailer, bobcat, woodchipper, some sort of chain puller to load logs, there should be a business for removal of logs (even for free), and making compost. It takes just a year or two for pile of chips to turn into compost.
I've really been considering this… I have a love for trees and it seems that there is a lot of money to be made with some of these things you are mentioning. I would love to test it out here at some point. Great ideas!
Oh yeah! Would love to have all my equipment tinted.
Nice work and cool to hear you mention the Lord in your videos…
God Bless,
Sam
Thanks Sam!

Very cool to see how this is growing and becoming a thing for us. UA-cam is a great tool and learning curve for everyone!
Totally agree!
I love your gratitude to the Lord. Every good and perfect gift is from above - the Father of lights! Good job.

I wish my company had tinted windows on their equipment 😢. Great idea.
The difference before and after inside the cabs were amazing...
Great video and great idea. Question, did you buy the tint wholesale or retail? Can you tell us where from thank you
Wholesale! There are a bunch of websites I would just google wholesale tint because everyone sells a little different quality.

Love the videos!
Do you run into any issues with landscape material companies that do deliveries them selves when you tell them what you ?
I have not and I actually address this question in specific in today's video!
Hey Harold, what kind of truck do you have? Do you think I would be able to do rock hauling with a RWD Ford F350?
I use a 2019 Ford F250 diesel. A 350 should work fine especially if it's a diesel. You might be limited a little bit if it's gas.
Are you still doing the rock deliveries?
Yes!
From Denver area

I live out in Elizabeth!
Hey neighbor!
