I made one along with you while watching the video. Needed to make one for my mother's 80th birthday party and it came out great and I learned things Word could do that I didn't know. I put pictures on the wrapper too - one of her as a kid, and one today. Thanks. Good stuff.

Tracy all your video tutorials are very useful to me ,learned a LOT ,pl.tell me whether one can change colors in pdf template? . I could change /eliminate things in pdf by using Google ,but cant change individually colors in the mage , it changes totally in formatting to one color only ,may be need different drawing software ?!
You should be able to change in MS Word, but...if it's an image then yes, it will change all the colors in the image...best bet is to search google and find an image that works for you rather than changing it....you might be able to change some colors in paint if you wanted to try that...other than that I use Photoshop....
+tracey hull How do you find/get the measurments for candy wrappers? And is there a reason why you didn't just use shape fill instead of inserting the image?
So I find the measurements by buying a candy bar, cutting paper down until it fits perfectly...trial and error. As for the shape fill.....if you do shape fill, it will elongate the picture and distort it, there is a tile feature but unless the image you use is exactly square, the image wont tile correctly...hope that helps.

Please explain if for printing this your candy wrapper more on a page at a time, There are so many inserts , all the inserts have to be grouped to move the complete design ??
I'm sorry, I don't understand....are you trying to print more than one on a page? Then yes, the easiest would be to group as much as possible, copy and paste and whatever didn't get grouped, you can copy and paste individually….
Am after a header for bags as i am a haberdashery supplier am interested in making my own simple label i have bags with white header and centre hole and i have managed to follow your fast instructions pausing alot but some measurements are incorrect and once i wrote 3 lines on both sides blank at back how will it print? 1 label at a time ? and standard paper?
Yes, one label at a time...or you can just create it once and print 25 times...I use standard paper for these as you need to bend the paper, stock paper doesn't bend well.
I do have a video on copying and pasting water bottle labels, just follow that tutorial but I think these are too big to have two fit on one page, although I haven't measured!

You can use a thinner stock paper or regular printer paper...since you need to wrap the candy bar, you need the paper to be malleable, hope that helps!

Some of my tutorial do cover writing in spiral, please take a look at some of my circular tag videos....I can look at doing a little more in paint but it's a pretty limited application when you're looking at creating graphics. What do you mean by convert images in .PNG. do you mean convert non-.png images to .png?
I use stock paper from any office supply store. Usually the stock paper purchased at craft stores is too think. Normal printer paper will work as well but might show through.

You should be able to change in MS Word, but...if it's an image then yes, it will change all the colors in the image...best bet is to search google and find an image that works for you rather than changing it....you might be able to change some colors in paint if you wanted to try that...other than that I use Photoshop....

for these, regular copy paper works best as it's more pliable

Once you import the image are you changing it to "in front of text"? Are you able to move the image?
When wrapping the candy bar what do you use as an adhesive to make it stay
Double sided tape is best

I have been working on this for quite sometime now. What happens is that the size keeps changing. I'm on MS Word 2010.
When does the size keep changing? Do the shape sizes change? The images sizes? The font sizes?
