Well, the exact same thing applies regarding classified documents. The cases are different. Trump (spit) had boxes that he still insist are his personal property. President Biden had 12 documents that were turned over to the authorities. The authorities had been asking trump (spit) for everything that he had. He turned over some, but held on to others. When he continued to hold on to documents, the National Archives reported it, and hence, the FBI was sent to retrieve government property. The National Archives wasn't even aware that President Biden had any outstanding documents so they never requested anything from him. Like I said. The cases are different, but keep trying.
