Honestly the lack of Percy Weasley kills me. Bet more people would've gone for the Gryffindor dorm promo if it had Percy Weasley and Oliver Wood (they were the same year so would've shared the dorm so it works)
Maybe if the big 2022 set is The Ministry then we'll get a Percy

We have gotten 1 of the trials, and the second was teased and done before the relaunch. Maybe they should make the 3rd even if it is so grim?

COMMON ROOMS, we have gotten some common rooms however they could be expanded upon.
We could also get some lego sets based around or that include horrocruxes or even the resurrection stone or the elder wand. (new mold for wands maybe?)
My most wanted set for the future has to be the Malfoy Manor 🖤 fingers crossed 🤞🏻😃
Yesss! That sounds amazing!! Your comment makes me want to build one myself 😆 a real one has to include Bellatrix, all 3 malfoys, Dobby, and Ron/Harry/Hermione. I can picture it using the same chandelier pieces as 2022 Grimmauld Place. It would have to have a lot of black and green! And some creepy artifacts for the interior, like red bottles and the hand of glory and Draco's Nimbus 2001.
OMG the music from the old Harry Potter games!!! Love that soundtrack! Blows my mind that it's the same composer as Skyrim. Really underrated soundtrack
I only own The Great Hall from 2018, the Astronomy Tower from 2020, the whomping williow from 2018 and the Hungarian Horntail Triwizard Challenge and i love all of them!😍

My favourite set is The micro scale Hogwarts Castle! Then Diagon Alley! I definitely think Fawkes the Phoenix should be on the list too! First the future I really want a Lego Buckbeak, (Like the Hedwig and Fawkes!) or a Malfoy Manor (including a Draco, Luscious, Narsissa and maybe a Dobby???)
I love the Clock Tower set as well. It is very underrated. Given that Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite movie and the Clock Tower was important in that movie, I have extra affinity for that set.
My Lego/Harry Potter cross over was from the 1st to the 2nd movie with some spill over into the 3rd. It's really interesting seeing the remakes of the old models.
The first set of these I actually had (in video order) was the Fluffy set. That plant has two hinges so it could catch people falling through the hole and eat them. This set has so much to give without being gimmicky, other than the vitally important Fluffy figure. I was also really happy with the different colour flames it gave. I used it to code my spells while playing with this.
I also had the original chamber of secrets and I absolutely loved it! It was gorgeous. It looked so much more interesting than the other hogwarts stuff at the time. This really was the peak of the holidays that year. I loved the area so much that is also just became the Slytherin homeroom, the potion dungeon, or just any backdrop that I needed while playing. I remember it being defence against the dark arts too.
Other than that I had:
4702, 4705 (though it became Snape's office. The classroom was the chamber of secrets), 4707 with the nightmare of a roof that I hate to this day, 4709 which looked better in my memory, 4712, the abomination that is 4714, 4721 because I remember the books and tiles, 4722 i know bc those drapes were a nightmare, 4726 of which the balls got lost, 4727 I love aragog no matter how bad the model was, 4728 that car got so much use, 4731 bc mum wanted a dobby figure, 4733 it felt so clean compared to most of hogwarts at the time, 4735 became just another side of the chamber of secrets in my games, 4751, 4755 which fit a ton of passengers.
I never got 4750, but I do remember finding Buckbeak among my mom's small statue collection.
I never realised how many series Lego Harry Potter had. I really need to get my hands on a new aragog
I just finished buildning Diagon alley and it was really fantastic seeing all the little interior pieces and overall a really great building expirience, but even more I enjoyed building Hogwarts, it just has this feel to it that i kinda think no other set will ever have
She's here making me want to get even more Harry Potter.
We purchased diagon alley and have been putting them together as a family. We are almost done and have been loving it! So happy we were able to do it!
my favourite set is the knight bus because as soon as i saw it in the movies i really wanted it and i also like the new Fawkes with movable wings because i really like phoenixes
I love this video! HP is consistently a top 5 theme for Lego now so I bet you we're getting years and years more waves, there's so much more to come :D

There was only ever one winner, Holly!! 😉We would like to see some more new and obscure sets rather than remakes eg - Shell Cottage would look brilliant in Lego form or maybe a Portkey spinner where you can attach new minifigures like Amos

And I just got the polyjuice set as a gift and I absolutely loved it completelly. It is indeed perfect in every part of it. Even though it is a small set, it is so rich in details and the face swaps are amazing.
Diagon alley is sooo cool. I really wish it were more affordable. Even from ebay.

That Forbidden Corridor set on your list was the first ever Harry Potter set I got. Great set. I do have the Durmstrang Ship as well, and that is an incredible set.
19th (Sirius Black's Escape) was my first LEGO set ever!
I have the full 2010-11 set series (with poly bags)…yes, I’m a crazy AFOL. My adult kids and spouse always know what they can get for me.
For me, the obvious number 1 is easily the chess board. It’s just such a great idea for a set that I am surprised Lego never made it sooner. On top of that, it’s great replay value.
I want clock tour to get some of my favorite versions of my favorite figures

The 2004 Shrieking Shack, 2007 Order of the Phoenix Hogwarts Castle, 2004 prisoner of Azkaban Hogwarts Castle, 2005 Rescue from the Merpeople 🧜♀️ & the 2021 Chamber of Secrets should have made this list! 🤩 💯 Those 5 are gems to the Harry Potter LEGO collection!

The og prisoner of Azkaban lineup was ahead of its time. I believe that was the first time that they did the peach skin tone as opposed to the yellow for movies
I got the old Forbidden Corridor and like 15 other old sets mostly the smaller ones, but this one is really good.

I have to stand by my favourite owned set the 2018 great hall as a adult collector and display purposes it's a gorgeous set the whole 2018-2020 set looked amazing I'm so upset they stopped and started the new module sets which by the way look great fun but exterior awful

I have the original chamber of secrets set and it’s my favourite (apart from the microscale castle). I got it as a child and played with it so much. I love the trapdoor mechanism in the bathroom!

I actually have the original chamber of secrets set and still have the basilisk and figures but the build itself has been destroyed years ago but the I have lost one part of the basilisk which is the wavy throat part and the original front teeth that it has, but I'm sure they're in a box full of Lego somewhere in my storage but I'm too lazy to search for them
The set I would like most in the future is another modular castle, but it has a hospital wing extension with pomfrey and has a library and a charm’s classroom with flitwick
edit: well i got two of those! i'm really happy with that.
Good news! I believe they are already working on an extension with the hospital wing that includes Pomfrey, the library sounds amazing and charms classroom as well, although i am sure the latter wont be considered because of the moment books. :(
My issue is that none of the modular lines are well thought out.
The first one ended up becoming a giant snake with some of the small builds not really fitting anywhere (e.g. RoR). Then you have the current iteration, which ends up becoming super blocky and not castle like and is more about the interior.
@@TomyHun i agree. that's why you need a lot of space for these, and it actually helps to layer them back to front

What are the best size boxes or what size do you use most for shipping sealed sets?
It all depends on the size of the set, I always make sure they’re slightly bigger so that there’s space for the set to be wrapped in bubble wrap. Any extra space I fill with packing peanuts, airbags or crumpled up newspaper. That way if the box gets damaged during shipping there’s so padding to protect the set.

I really hope lego decides to make a small 20-ish dollar set of the room from the battle between Quirrell-mort and harry with the mirror of erised. A small extension set for the chamber of secrets would be nice too since I felt it was lacking the scale and impact it should have had.
I have the Durmstrang ship and it's definitely one of my favorites. Really hoping for a motorized Hogwarts Express.

I just purchased the Hogwarts castle (the big one with the micro figures last week, and the diagon alley set today. The store associate at the Lego store who's apparently a huge harry potter fan, told me that in the company there's a rumor of a monster build coming out for a new and more complete Hogwarts express with a complete platform etc. So Id hold off on buying any Hogwarts express as of right now. Obv take this with a grain of salt but I could see it happening

I love the micro castle. It's a show stopper in our collection. I have it above my desk on a custom built shelf with a matching curve profile. Built it myself.

I don’t have any sets before the start of the 2018 wave (other than the board game) but I definitely agree with your list. One thing I definitely would’ve put in the top 5 is the Hogsmeade Village. It is one of my favorites.

Just bought the chamber of secrets (original) and I can confirm it is one of my absolute favorites. The play features are awesome and the basilisk can actually fit through the Salizar mouth unlike the modern chamber of secrets. Don't lose the glow in the dark fangs! They ain't cheap to replace.
I went out on a limb and bought the 2011 castle after seeing this video because of the minifigs and the cloak.
My spoiled ass got the chamber of secrets for christmas but didn’t have the attention span to put anything but the figures and basalisk together.
