Sir ji ek bar otp dene k bad agar installation wala banda aake dekha aap ka tv ka screen internal crack hai to kuch nahi ho shakta sir .wo install karne ka banda hai inspection ka nai. mera kahne ka matalab a hai ki open box delivery aap ne liya hai is ki puri jimmedari total aap ki hai. Flipkart ko policy fulfill karne k liya aap ka otp chahiye bas .

Sir agar smajh lo hum ne emi pe tv le liya.. aur wo delivery product defects nikla to return kaise kare .???refun kaise hota he 😢

I've ordered a tv in Amazon and in the Replacement policy it's written "Returns will not be accepted if it is an open box delivery order"
1) In this case will the delivery boy open the box or not??
2) And also what about the OTP😇
3) Or wait for the installation team to open the box.

Get the Box opened and checked by the delivery boy
It has to be given after opening the OTP
If you given it first then the responsibility for the damage will be your And no item will be returned
Get the installation by the installation team only..
Flipkart accepts return for open box as well i refund two products
