Nice hearing first hand about the history and how immaculate his T140 looks but I thought we might get to hear them both before the end. Nevermind, maybe next video….there is one isn’t there?
Great vid, pleased to see Dave (a proper old school biker) showing such passion for his old 'Bonnie' which is a lovely looking bike, the tribute T120 looks pretty good too
Money can't buy the memories and bond somebody like Dave has with a bike they've had that long. Can't wait to look back at one or two of mine in years to come and feel the same way. :) - Adam
Thank you for watching Lex! I somewhat agree. They're both very fitting of their generation and era. The new bikes has a fairly bigger engine and needs a bigger chassis to cater for that. I'm sure people will look back in 40-50 years time and see these as more iconic and better looking than the bikes of the future. :) - Adam
There's something about the original T140 in this vid that just takes you back in time. Imagine walking into a dealership in the early 80's and seeing everything lined up. - Adam
@@lindmotorcycles I did and bought a t140v us spec unfortunately a mk3 cortina wrote that one off , I'd got my eye on a t7r tiger trail but by the time I could ride again it had been sold and now there as rare as rocking horse teeth :-(
Brilliant! I love what you have done to the T 120
It would be great to see more footage of the T140.

Looks stunning
Can’t believe you’ll have any trouble selling it - lovely
I think this one sold two days after building it. Such a gorgeous bike.
Yep, this one went within a couple of days.
Great bike Dave. Well done on your build of the T120.
Thanks Toby! Will pass the message on. :) - Adam
You could put pancake air filters on the T120 to match the look of the original. I've seen some of the new 1200cc bikes with them fitted.
Definitely something to consider on one of our future builds. Cheers Ian - Adam
Great video dave,Great looking machines, regards Mike,Derbyshire
Thank you so much Mike, Dave done such a great job and the bikes are fantastic!
I helped restore my friends 1976,t140v,usa,spec, beautiful, regards Mike, softail deluxe, owner,

Thank you for watching Lex!
