Warriors aren’t interested because trading away half the team for Jimmy Butler still doesn’t put them over the top. Swapping Andrew Wiggins, Payton, Schroder and Santos makes the money work but according to the trade machine it makes the Warriors 6 games WORSE off. If Pat Reilly wants draft picks and Jonathan Kuminga on top of that then the Warriors are just giving away all their assets for an aging overpaid major PITA prima donna who makes them worse off and ultimately probably walks next summer leaving them with nothing. Jimmy doesn't really move the needle for the warriors once you consider the players they lose. He's more expensive, more injured, older than Zach Lavine and has been a worse player this season while also looking for a contract extension for the next few years.
Could the Kings be a trade partner with Miami? Im not saying any team would do this, but there are pieces to make the math work. Such as Jimmy, Kevin Love, picks for Fox, Huerter. @ I know because of player limits but heat can throw in players on min like Alec burks or w.e. I think Mavs might have to give up a little more but they can trade Norman powell. I know it’s not a perfect trade but those are the building pieces.

@@Austin-l1j if they keep missing games they’ll be out the playoffs. The west is too close and they currently need a star to win them games. In my opinion that’s enough reason for them to do it. Also they did make the finals but they haven’t done anything to improve the team to beat the Celtics. Who can beat the Celtics? Jimmy Himmy. I personally don’t think a back court of kyrie and Luka can do it. But that’s my opinion. I think they should trade kyrie for Jimmy and keep their bench depth.
