As Stefan discussed do whatever works for you to move the energies out. I’ve found for me that in addition to grounding, hydration etc I’ve needed to journal my thoughts and feelings. This moves the energy from inside you through the heart chakra through your arm and hand and into the physical onto the paper. This helps me a bunch!! ✨💫

The 11 year solor cycle is at it's peak. This is supposed to happen. The last time this happened was 22 years ago. I remember and I took notes.
I was eleven 22 years ago and maybe that’s why summers were “different” back then. The last few summers have been brutal and I remember no such thing as a kid lol.

@@waderay1394 I think it will happen little by little then all at once. The magnetic north and south are on the move and picking up speed. Where will the new magnetic poles going to be? Not sure, will the geographic poles change to match them? I don't think so but these things are not studied. Just that it happened in the past because it is recorded magnetically in lava flows.

Thanks for CONFIRMATION: I am one of those “sensitives” and I could feel the “tschew, tschew” impacts on my energy field consequently tanking my energy level. Was checking Space weather apps and internet but their reporting was nil. Your report brought it all together for me. I feel like I am in an official Geomagnetism course! SO HELPFUL & MOTIVATING.Still appreciate your ongoing gentle reminders to ground, rest, eat wholesomeness, & drink spring water. To that I added a hot foot soak in “TGRO” (turmeric, ginger, rosemary oil & oregano oil…quantities in that order…use ur intuition amigos!) with INSTANT ENERGY RECOVERY. It is messy. I have dedicate towels to manage it. But wow folks. It works.
All morning, Eastern time, until about 12:30 pm, I felt as though I knew someone was about to thwack me with a rubber and and I knew there was nothing I could do about it. I felt like I needed to brace for a surface sting. Every eruption, regardless of where on the sun, effects me in some way.

I defied evacuation orders up her in these coastal mountains for the CVU fire. A month w/o electricity, kept the refrigerators going with generators, ended up fighting the fire w/Cal Fire, saved my Log Cabin and several homes when the fire came up the steep east canyon.
