  • ingredients:
    2 cup gori kayi
    1 small cup coconut [ fresh ]
    4 to 5 red chilli
    [I have used byadigi ]
    2 sp oil
    1/2 tsp mustard
    hing
    few curry leaves
    2 tbsp jaggery
    salt
    small piece of tamarind
    2 tsp sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    water as required
    * cook cluster beans [ not mushy ]
    * dry roast red chilli , sesame seeds, coconut . cool it and
    grind with jaggery and tamarind .
    * add oil to kadai , once hot add mustard , hing , curry leaves and turmeric
    * now add steamed cluster beans sauté for 10 seconds
    * add ground paste with 1/2 glass of water
    * add salt and bring to boil till oil ooze out
    * serve with rice
