I had my stroke in 2022. I was in the hospital waiting to get sinus surgery right after having Covid. I had gotten up to go to the bathroom. I did not have any pain in my head at all. I just got in the bed when I tried to move my right side I could not move. I told my husband I can’t move my whole side. He went and got the nurse. I went to ICU got the shot. It caused a brain bleed had another stroke on the right side. My big stroke that caused my right side not to move happened on the left side. I had no diabetes no high cholesterol no heart problems. Perfect physical 2 before this. I was on no medication. After all the tests they think the Covid caused my blood to clot. I am now on a 81 mg aspirin now. My only medication now. A healthy 55 year old had a stroke. They put in a heart recorder no problems at all. My CTA is remarkably great. After 4 MRI and 14 CT scans that is all they can come up with. I’m not a smoker never drank alcohol. Never done drugs.

Same for me. My arm is taking longer to improve than my leg. Right side of brain was affected so speech and vocabulary OK. No guitar or golf now.
