Dried chiles guajillo/pasilla
1/2 cup oil
2 garlic cloves
Warmed tortillas
Fillings options:
Requeson w/red sauce
Egg w/green sauce
Beans w/cheese
Potato and chorizo
Shredded spicy chicken
Chicharron w/green sauce
Etc

That’s how my mother in law taught me to make them as street vendors use foil or parchment paper so they can steam
Yumm! How long did you leave them in the crockpot?
I set it to 3 hours on warm but I imagine you could cut time in half on high I had errands to do so when I got back home tacos were ready

Claudia Cuellar Great question, although I have not tried I imagine it’s possible just adjust time, temperature, venting position and on slow cook setting let me know if you try it out 😊
