There's another great verison of it on Ellington's memory album for Strayhorn ("And his Mother Called him Bill"), recorded after Strayhorn died of leukemia. Ellington played it solo after the session had ended, but luckily the technicians left the mikes open, and you can hear the clatter of the musicians packing up instruments etc. behind Ellingtons playing.
