Im told to add another garlic clove and some bell pepper. I am going to do it next time that I make it. I hope that you will not have anymore strokes. I was with an elderly lady on Easter Sunday. She had the stroke and I don't think that I have ever seen anyone so sick. she threw up for 3 days. I felt so sorry for her. She pulled through but she kept on having them. then came the big one that took her out. She was in her 90s. so she had a nice long life. she drove until her licenses expired at age 90. she drove to fast. Take care of your self. My prayers are with you. God bless we will see you soon.
Never seen it made like a casserole. Mama used hamburger in hers and made the sauce separately to pour over the noodles. She cooked it on the stovetop, never in the oven.

I only cook steak on top of stove to crust it. Always finish it in oven. That way I can have my steak well done and still chew it! Learned to let it rest before cutting. It smells so good but learned the hard way to leave it alone for 5 min to absorb its juices before cutting.

Just today I gave her a thing for her handy cap tag. they crack and fall apart. so I had ordered a pack of 3 of them. she had got one but it was real cheap. I ordered some from Temu. I wasn't expecting much. They are actually thick. Hers was all cracked and she was trying to wrap a bred bag tie on it and tie it and hang it like that. she was so happy with the one that I gave her. anyway. I love have good neighbors. Hi David and Brenda, this is Sue, hubby and l love beef stroganoff, l like to cut my meat into small cubes and then toss it in some flour that has garlic, onion powder, paprika, and then fry it, then add mushroom soup, whochester, a spoon of better than bouillion with some chopped onions, and mushrooms. I will make this in a big batch and put into some containers and freeze for those night l don't know what to cook, Plus l also let mine simmer for a good 3 hours. That is me. l want to make sure that meat is nice and tender. Then add the noodles to it. And of coarse some sour cream at the end. yum.

Your recipe looked delicious. I really enjoy when you and David get to talking. I spent many a year in the coal camp where daddy worked in the mines in Highsplint Kentucky. We played in the coal piles to and in all that sludge that ran off the mountain. It had to have been pretty dangerous. Pap paw preached on Sundays and worked all week in that mine. My first friends were my cousins. We were poor, but we all loved each other. Played together, went to that ole two room school house and ate together. We was blessed. Tell us more about your childhood. Take care.

Dinner looked good Brenda. Didn't care for David's story about the brains. My mother had some in her freezer and she would never tell you what dinner was until you tasted it. Every time we went to visit her, I would check the freezer and make sure the brains were still in there. You both would make a good comedy team. Stay well and safe.
My mom would make supper for my Dad and she’d say to him “Well, how is it?” He answer would be “T’aint” she would say “What do you mean, it’s no different than I always make it”. Dad would reply “It’s t’aint. T’aint enough”.

Your recipe looked delicious. I really enjoy when you and David get to talking. I spent many a year in the coal camp where daddy worked in the mines in Highsplint Kentucky. We played in the coal piles to and in all that sludge that ran off the mountain. It had to have been pretty dangerous. Pap paw preached on Sundays and worked all week in that mine. My first friends were my cousins. We were poor, but we all loved each other. Played together, went to that ole two room school house and ate together. We was blessed. Tell us more about your childhood. Take care.

Dinner looked good Brenda. Didn't care for David's story about the brains. My mother had some in her freezer and she would never tell you what dinner was until you tasted it. Every time we went to visit her, I would check the freezer and make sure the brains were still in there. You both would make a good comedy team. Stay well and safe.
My mom would make supper for my Dad and she’d say to him “Well, how is it?” He answer would be “T’aint” she would say “What do you mean, it’s no different than I always make it”. Dad would reply “It’s t’aint. T’aint enough”.
