    Hi i am a Master technician i want to help you with the fallowing comment to mix the fuji Rock you need to use measuring water which is is a ratio of 100 g to 20 ml of water
    second comment is never flip the impression while it is wait wait until it is dry then make you base .

    • @antonioperaza1036
      @antonioperaza1036 4 роки тому +2

      Hello Cha, I totally agree with you on the water/stone ratio issue, but also the water should be placed first and then the stone should be added to avoid the formattion of lumps, also NEVER wipe the spatula clean with the border of the bowl to make sure there's a good seal for vaccum to be achieved and of course, never flip a recently poured impression

    • @youjietan2150
      @youjietan2150 4 роки тому +1

      Stone has weight. The reason never to flip the impression is because the stone would draw away from the impression sideways and downwards due to gravity. Resulting in distorted details. Also when you flip and put into the base you will also introduce lateral dispacement. Sometimes you will have gaps around your analogs. Your restorations will be ill fitting.

    I don't know the gingifast is supposed to come out of the stone...... maybe create lumps on it so there are retentive means for the stone to grab it? So, the material is silicone basically? I thought it would be semi hard and trimmable, is there one that is? If it's silicone then why not just use a PVS impression material? Just because it's pink or is there another reason?

    • @antonioperaza1036
      @antonioperaza1036 4 роки тому

      Hello Ahmed, Gingifast is supposed to be removable and it should be removed and trimmed before pouring stone to make the model, the kind that's trimmable is Gingifast RIGID and it's way better than using PVS impression materials, not only for it's color but for it's properties, hope this helps

    hi , for me you are the best laab techinican in the world. If I can fly.directly to you I will , bte I have question I got my final all on upper, but the dentist cant screw in the left when he screws the right side.
    Got 3 xray still he cant figure out why
    Then went back after a week , he insisted o screw even when I scream.of pain and after 4 dental.xray still theres some gap. my frntist told me to come back after 2 weeks he wi again screw the remaining gap
    HOW ABOUT THE FOOD debris if he will torque it or tighten it?

    Why do you need to use gingifast at all? Why not just pour the entire impression up in stone?

    With respect.. Not really how you do this correctly.
    You don't need the plastic, disposable impression tray any more after the model is poured.
    So its ok to cut and destroy the tray in any way you need to in order to get the stone model and soft tissue out in one piece.
    They should not come apart.
