Why not just lute telescopes to existing printed denture pick them up then just wash underside with light body.

but this only works if the opposing arch is already restored? or dentate? or do you mean I duplicate both dentures and make the holes for multi-unit abutments of both of them and then take the PVS bite registration for both to have the same exact relation?
