Even as someone with roots in Tulu Nadu ( Mangalore - Udupi area) I found many of the dishes unfamiliar though I could see the Konkani influence - probably because everything was vegetarian. 🙂 It is so nice to see various Mangalorean cuisines become commercially available. There are very few, if any districts in India that can boast of 4 distinctive cuisines that happily coexist and thrive along with the local immigrant communities that made the region their home.

Hi Ivanna that was a beautiful video of a beautiful place in Bangalore. Gorgeous and lovely food too. Appam and Ada Pradaman are typical Kerala dishes. Appam is also fermented like Dosa but the method is different. Dosa uses Urad daal and Appam uses Yeast for fermentation. Also, Dosa is eaten with Sambar or Chutney but Appam is eaten with Non Veg or Veg Curry or Stew. Ada Pradaman is a kind of Payasam from Kerala.

How wonder it's 😳hotel name is Hilton Bengaluru. But not a single traditional Karnataka dishes menu for the breakfast? Seems hotel management has consider only Kerala state is represented for the all southern states of India 🤔

After visiting The leela Bhartiya city my expectations would be more if I ever visit hilton. Before the benchmark was Le meridian and now it's leela bhartiya city
Not to bash but I've been to the place which you mention and it's nowhere up to par with this new Hilton. So before you judge maybe you should actually visit and experience the difference

Hey ivanna, Do they just allow to walk-in for buffets without staying at the hotel(without booking rooms) ? And what are the prices?
Yes they do! I think the price for Neo Kitchen is ₹850+tax and F5 is ₹650. 10/10 would recommend as the quality is insane for this price point
