It's always nice to see these filmed by real fans. You can tell because you went straight to Tom when Blister started. So many other live videos feel like they spend the first 10 seconds panning around looking for who is singing.
thanks for posting this, i was waiting at the other stage for midtown to play, but it was crazy that our stage was singing the middle to. to hear 30,000 people to sing the middle was just so awesome
I feel like I can hear myself at points, especially during Big Casino. Such a great set, I didn’t actually notice how bad the sound issues were until listening back. Thanks for recording!
When you go wireless, you have to worry about interference and remembering to check your battery levels. Much more reliable to just use cords (based on my gigging experience).
@@hnardi I was also on the barricade! Just was wondering how you managed to keep the camera steady throughout all the chaos, haha. The footage is great 🖤
They do. The thing about Jimmy Eat World that some people like and some don’t is you can see them two nights in a row and they might have a different setlist. I have seen them four times and all four setlist were completely different. This was also a festival show, so the setlist was about 30 minutes shorter than normal. Fans got 55 minutes of hits.

I left Jimmy Eat World to catch the start of Midtown!
What were your thoughts on Midtown? I was disappointed and didn’t think they sounded good.
They are always great live. I see them in NJ in a few days. Can't wait!
Flawless performance of Sweetness!

Amazing!
Sent at least 15 people up for crowd surfing during The Middle. Exhausted by the end.
So weird they aren’t using wireless kits… I can’t stand being plugged in even on the smallest stages

Did you film this from the pit?
Nope. Always find/fight my way to the fence.

Thanks! I can be above-average steady, but I share credits 50/50 with iPhone’s image stabilizer tech.
@@hnardi This is so great. Thanks for sharing. Saw them in Raleigh, NC earlier this year and they killed it
@@hnardi props to you dude. it was a fucking oven in there
They don't do 555 live 😢
It’s been part of almost every other show this tour! Jim does it acoustically. Really cool vibe.
@@KDuq I'll look that up, thanks!
