The guitars are perfect. I've seen them so many times and this is the guitar tone I remember. So full and heavy and tones of great tone. Seriously one of the heaviest bands I've seen live across all genres
One of the only bands I’ve seen live that plays a good long set.. every time I’ve seen them live it’s been a good 18-20 song set list.. I remember I went to see Interpol when they were headlining their own tour and they played like 10 songs.. I remember when they played the last song on their set and walked off stage a few people around us were like… that’s it?? are you serious?! We actually waited for an encore but they began clearing the stage, they had a few albums under them by then so yea we were expecting a few more songs.. no hate toward interpol..they’re great, it’s just my memory of seeing them live
Mike here from HOLLIAVA. I saw JEW on the triple J stage for their Melbourne show on this tour. Fantastic show. punters were climbing up the walls to watch. they opened with Bleed American. Wowwwweeeee. Those were the days
0:00 A Praise Chorus // 4:08 Bleed American // 7:25 Get It Faster // 11:01 Lucky Denver Mint // 14:07 The Middle // 17:30 Goodbye Sky Harbor // 22:57 Sweetness
I’m a total hard rock/punk/metal head but damn these guys get the most glorious guitar tone around this period. Bleed American and Futures just have some of my favorite mixes of a guitar band I’ve ever heard. Perfect bass tone as well.
that was the best performance of goodbye sky harbor ever
Loved it. Honestly though, I’d be mad if they played it at a live show that I went to. Long songs cutting into set time.
They have such a vibe, live
The sound mix is impeccable on this set. My god, those guitars.
I can hear the bass clear as day, and the tone is GORGEOUS

Amen. I haven’t seen them enough. And they only come to town where I live (Vancouver) every 4-5 years and they just cancelled their tour 😔😔😔
Jim goes nuts on the bridge of bleed American
I LOVE when he goes nuts :) !

god, they were and still are so amazing live. jim's voice is always great.
One of the most solid bands I’ve ever seen live
I've seen them 5 or 6 times and they never disappoint! I met Jim once...saw him coming out of the tour bus. He was super down to earth!
incredible set

I was also at the Melb show. Brilliant gig! Mudvayne and many other greats also graced that stage that day. Easier times

Never knew they played Oz, would have been worth the ticket price then I could've gone home happy...
11:02 takes me back to middle school
Are you gonna live your life wondering?
Standing in the back, looking around..
Deep.
That's my favorite line from "A Praise Chorus." That beginning 😍😍
awesome
eargasm @ 20:50.....who am i kidding, neverending eargasm from 0:00 - 27:04
I don't understand how this band wasn't much bigger. Look the audience is alive without the dumb smartphones sapping the audience energy
this band is pretty big
cool promise ring part.
Everytime i see him sweating i think i'm gonna lose my mind

It's code for i've had too much cocain
4:08 thank me later.
At one minute there was zero difference in sound from him scratching his neck/back and actually playing guitar
Poor Guy. Blew out his voice. By the second verse of Sweetness he just couldn't get it back up.
His voice was very tired, indeed. But he always goes 100%. Great singer.
A" +" Z...ing
