    Whanau do not have babies. Whanau do not give birth. Women do. Whanau looks after mum and babies. What about Māori who are estranged from whanau? Whanau? Who are the midwives clients?

    This is gobsmacking.... So sad to hear this gibberish from midwife... Dehumanization of women and babies and childbirth.... Bugger this

    Men have chests, women have breasts. So the Midwifery Council now prefers 'chestfeeding'? Could have gone either way, I guess. They went with the men's body part that can't feed babies, but never mind. Nothing to see here, folks!
